Rajah & Tann Singapore Partners Named in Global Restructuring Review's 40 Under 40 Survey

Two Partners from Rajah & Tann Singapore are named as the world's leading young insolvency and restructuring lawyers in a survey for "40 under 40" by Global Restructuring Review, the newest imprint of independent legal publisher Law Business Research.

They are Low Poh Ling and Mark Cheng from the firm's dedicated Restructuring & Insolvency Practice, comprising over 20 lawyers.

The survey features lawyers from 29 law firms and sets across 16 cities around the world. The key indicators for the selection include the cases each lawyer had worked on, the quality of the recommendations received and the presence of their firm in the regional or global marketplace.

Rajah & Tann Singapore's Restructuring & Insolvency Practice has been top ranked in leading legal directories, including Chambers Asia Pacific and The Legal 500 - Asia Pacific. The Restructuring & Insolvency group of Rajah & Tann Asia is widely regarded as the largest, and most dominant practice group in the region. Our dedicated team of lawyers specialise in banking and financing disputes, corporate insolvencies and rescues, business advisory, workouts and debt restructurings, and enforcement of creditors’ rights.
