Corporate Banking
We regularly advise domestic and international banks, financial institutions, funds and corporates on a wide range of corporate banking matters, including domestic and cross-border syndicated and bilateral lending transactions, security arrangements, leveraged and acquisition finance, registration and enforcement of loans and security in Singapore and foreign jurisdictions. We also provide advice on loan restructuring and the sale and purchase of loans.

Trade Finance
We have an active trade and commodity finance practice, regularly advising clients on pre-export, advance payment, import and stock financing facilities. We have broad experience in collateral management arrangements and taking security over soft and hard commodities both locally and in the region.

Project Finance
We are experienced in advising sponsors and funders on the financing aspects of projects in a range of industry sectors.

Structured Finance
We offer specialised legal advice on structured finance, including securitisation transactions, which addresses and encompasses a broad range of issues, including corporate, finance, tax, disclosure, licensing and other regulatory issues. Our practice extends to both domestic and cross-border securitisations. In this area of practice, we have advised originators, structurers, lead managers, rating agencies, trustees and service providers.

Green and Sustainable Finance
Our sustainability financing specialist lawyers have a keen understanding of the Green Loan Principles (GLP) and the Sustainability Linked Loan Principles (SLLP). We have acted for banks and corporates in green and sustainability linked financing in Singapore across sectors, ranging from real estate and hospitality to energy and agriculture, and in many "first of its kind" transactions. Our experience and expertise in this area mean that we will be able to address the commercial aspects and economic objectives of the transactions, and at the same time assist the parties to fulfil the legal and technical requirements set out in GLP and SLLP. For banking clients, this would also include checking that such transactions are in line with their lending criteria and policies.

Islamic Banking
We advise on a wide range of Islamic Finance products (including mudaraba, murabaha, musharaka, ijara and sukuk), and have acted for Islamic banks, conventional banks, financial institutions and corporate bodies.

Debt Capital Markets
We advise our clients on a full range of debt fund raising exercises, such the issues of bonds (including convertible and exchangeable bonds), notes (including medium term note programmes), and other debt instruments, and the restructuring of debt arrangements such as bond exchange offers.
