As part of the Totally Legal: Empowering Nonprofits series, launched in conjunction with Rajah & Tann Singapore’s 50th anniversary, we recently welcomed members of the nonprofit community to Confidentiality in Action.
Delivered in partnership with Pro Bono SG and The Majurity Trust, Partner Goh Jun Yi and Senior Associate Zhu Jinwen shared practical insights on managing confidential information in a nonprofit setting. Discussions covered key issues including what constitutes confidential information, the risks that can arise when expectations around confidentiality are not clearly defined, and how non-disclosure agreements can be used effectively to safeguard sensitive information.
