A landmark US$1.4 billion cross-border restructuring of Prosafe involving novel legal questions, including whether a Singapore scheme of arrangement can discharge debt governed by foreign law.

First ever use of scheme of arrangement to resolve claims by registered proprietors of residential developments involving Astoria Development.
