Rajah & Tann Singapore, member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia, acted for Hong Leong Asia Ltd., which is listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, in relation to its acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital of architectural building products supplier, Yong Tai Loong (Pte) Ltd.
