On 10 July 2025, the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (“IWIRC“), Global Loan Agency Services Limited (“GLAS“) and Rajah & Tann Singapore jointly organised a seminar titled “Launching a Successful Scheme — Insights, Collaboration, and Stakeholder Engagement”. The event explored the key steps and practical approaches to implementing a scheme, drawing on the collective knowledge and experience of IWIRC’s past leaders alongside GLAS.
Partner Sheila Ng, Head of the Restructuring & Insolvency Practice, was the moderator of this seminar, with former IWIRC leaders and GLAS European Head of Liability Management and Structure Finance as panellists.
The seminar was part of IWIRC’s Sweet Sixteen anniversary celebrations, designed to equip members with new skills, knowledge, and professional relationships.
