She advises financial institutions, judicial managers, liquidators, receivers and managers, mortgagees (exercising power of sale or otherwise), multinational corporations, individuals and foreigners on the sale, purchase, mortgage, loan restructuring, ownership restructuring and other property related transactions generally.
She has been appointed Deputy President of the Strata Titles Boards and is recognised as a leading real estate lawyer by Euromoney Guide to the World’s Leading Real Estate Lawyers 1999. She is recommended as a specialist in the area of corporate real estate in Singapore by Global Counsel 3000, 2003/2004 edition.
