Lee Lay See has more than 30 years of experience. She advises financial institutions, judicial managers, liquidators, receivers and managers, mortgagees (exercising power of sale or otherwise), multinational corporations,  individuals and foreigners on the sale, purchase, mortgage, loan restructuring, ownership restructuring and other property related transactions generally.

She has been appointed Deputy President of the Strata Titles Boards and is recognised as a leading real estate lawyer by Euromoney Guide to the World’s Leading Real Estate Lawyers 1999. She is recommended as a specialist in the area of corporate real estate in Singapore by Global Counsel 3000, 2003/2004 edition. She is also a recommended lawyer in the area of corporate real estate in PLC Which Lawyer? Yearbook Singapore 2006 to 2008 editions and PLC Cross-Border Corporate Real Estate 2006/2007 edition. Lay See is cited in the Legal 500 Asia Pacific (2008/2009). She is recommended in the 2010/11 edition of the PLC Cross-Border Real Estate Handbook. She is recognised as a leading Corporate Real Estate lawyer in the 2012 edition of the PLC multi-jurisdiction guide and in the 2012 to 2024 editions of Best Lawyers in Singapore in Real Estate.

She has also advised financial institutions on financing of hotel and holiday resorts, buildings in Australia, New Zealand, the People’s Republic of China, Indonesia, Thailand and other South East Asian countries. Lay See has been involved in the sale and purchase of club, port, entire block of warehouses, data centres, workers’ dormitories, factories, offices, hotel and residential buildings.
