Motiff Pte. Ltd.’s Defence Against Figma’s Global IP Infringement Claims

(“Motiff”) in High Court proceedings in Singapore involving allegations of copyright and trademark infringement brought by Figma, a company renowned for developing cutting-edge computer software and providing browser and application-based design tools. As an emerging player in the user interface and experience design industry, Motiff is also receiving strategic counsel from Rajah & Tann Singapore on the formulation and execution of a coordinated global litigation strategy, in light of Figma’s parallel legal actions in other jurisdictions, including the United States.
