Ltd., as manager of Keppel DC REIT to part-finance its acquisition of a 98.47% effective interest in Tokyo Data Centre 3, a data centre located in Inzai City, Japan. Partners Raymond Tong and Jasselyn Seet from the Capital Markets Practice led the transaction.
