Divestment of 60% stake in 3DC Solutions Pte. Ltd. to A-Sonic Logistics Pte. Ltd. and entry into joint venture agreement

Rajah & Tann Singapore, member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia, acted for 3DC Solutions Pte. Ltd. (the “Company”) in respect of the subscription for and sale of existing shares in the Company by A-Sonic Logistics Pte. Ltd. comprising 60% of the enlarged equity of the Company. Partner Loh Chun Kiat led the transaction with support from Senior Associates Magdalene Chan and Joseph Luen, and Associate Faye-Anne Ho.
