Alpina Holdings Limited’s proposed privatisation by K&T Investment via scheme of arrangement

Rajah & Tann Singapore, a member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia, is advising Alpina Holdings Limited, the offeree in a proposed privatisation via a scheme of arrangement by K&T Investment Pte. Ltd., sponsored by Savills Singapore. Alpina is a well-established Singapore-based contractor specialising in integrated building services, mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as alteration and addition works for both public and private sector projects.
