Acquisition of Capri by Fraser Changi City

Acted for Dorsett Atelier Capital Heeton Changi Pte. Ltd. (a consortium consisting of Atelier Capital Changi – a joint venture between Atelier Capital Partners (“ACP”) and TPG Angelo Gordon whose investment is asset managed by ACP, Heeton Holdings, and Dorsett Hospitality International) in its acquisition of Capri by Fraser Changi City. This involved purchasing the shares from the unitholder of the trust that owns the Property. Partners Gazalle Mok and Loh Chun Kiat led the transaction, along with Partners Cindy Quek, and Jonathan Cham.
