Singapore, 2 February 2026 – Rajah & Tann Singapore (R&T) has appointed Bryan Ching as a Partner in the firm’s Dispute Resolution Group, further strengthening the firm’s litigation capabilities.

Bryan joins the firm following a distinguished tenure in the Supreme Court of Singapore, where he served as an Assistant Registrar from 2021 to 2026, with a concurrent appointment as a District Judge from 2025. During this time, he adjudicated a wide range of civil and commercial disputes in the General Division of the High Court, including matters relating to construction, finance, public law, insolvency, trusts and arbitration.

Bryan also managed proceedings before the Court of Appeal, the Appellate Division of the High Court, and the Singapore International Commercial Court, giving him deep insight into complex litigation across multiple levels of the Singapore courts.

Between 2024 and 2026, Bryan concurrently served as Special Assistant to the Honourable Chief Justice Sundaresh Menon, assisting on speeches, institutional initiatives and judicial projects. He began his legal career at the Attorney General’s Chambers as a Deputy Public Prosecutor and State Counsel, and later clerked for the Chief Justice and Judges of the Court of Appeal, High Court and Singapore International Commercial Court. From 2023 to 2026, he also served as a President of the Singapore Armed Forces General Court Martial.
