Some of David’s notable cases include securing convictions against an Immigration & Checkpoints Authority officer who accepted bribes and sexual gratification; prosecuting a SingPost Senior Vice President for cheating the company into paying him a higher salary and soliciting a S$1 million bribe; leading the prosecution of multiple individuals in the Keppel FELS’ corruption case; and representing the  Public Prosecutor in securing the first Deferred Prosecution Agreement in Singapore against Seatrium.

Beyond his track record in Singapore, David also brings international experience from his time in the USA, representing major corporations and senior executives in white-collar defence and regulatory matters, including federal and international investigations.
