HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited’s Appeal on unitholders’ voting rights

Rajah & Tann Singapore, member firm or Rajah & Tann Asia, successfully acted for HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited in an appeal regarding unitholders’ voting rights at an Extraordinary General Meeting concerning amendments to the trust deed of Sabana Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust, which resulted in the introduction of Singapore’s first internalised REIT management structure.
