PARAGON REIT Management Pte. Ltd.’s privatisation of PARAGON REIT effected through the acquisition by Times Properties Pte. Ltd.

Rajah & Tann Singapore, member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia, acted for PARAGON REIT Management Pte. Ltd. (in its capacity as manager of PARAGON REIT), in the privatisation of PARAGON REIT, effected through the acquisition by Times Properties Pte. Ltd. of all the units in PARAGON REIT held by the unitholders of PARAGON REIT other than Cuscaden Peak Pte. Ltd. and its subsidiaries, through a trust scheme of arrangement (the “Scheme”). The Scheme values PARAGON REIT at approximately S$2.8 billion. Partners Sandy Foo and Favian Tan from the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice are leading the transaction while Partner Chew Xiang from the Banking & Financial Disputes Practice is assisting with the court applications in relation to the Scheme.
