R&I Hour: Challenges in Enforcement and Recognition of Foreign Insolvency Proceedings

On 13 June 2024, the Restructuring & Insolvency Practice organised the R&I Hour: Challenges in Enforcement and Recognition of Foreign Insolvency Proceedings.

At the session, the speakers discussed the challenges in the enforcement and recognition of foreign insolvency proceedings. They also surveyed recent developments on cross-border insolvency between China and Hong Kong.

The speakers comprised Raelene Pereira and Cherie Tan from the Restructuring & Insolvency Practice. They were joined by Mr Terry Kan, Partner at SW Hong Kong.

The talk was followed by a networking session.
